Requirements and Troubleshooting

SpeedyDock utilizes many modern technologies to bring you the best experience possible from desktop to mobile. The app has some recommended hardware requirements, outlined below, which will allow the app to operate at it’s full potential. This document also outlines some steps you can take if experiencing any abnormalities or issues while using the app.
Recommended Systems
Mobile Phones and Tablets
SpeedyDock is designed to work well on mobile phones, and can be installed on a phone just like any other app. See the installation documentation for additional details on how to install the app. Although other devices may work, we recommend using an IOS or Android device. Pick from our recommended list of devices below to get the best experience with our app.
iPad
iPhone version 6 with IOS version 9 or higher
Android Phone(Nexus 5 or Better) with Chrome Browser and Android 5.0 or Higher
Desktop and Laptop Computers
For desktop PC users, we recommend viewing the app in Google Chrome, either through the browser or by adding the app to your home screen. We recommend Safari for Mac users.*
*Other devices and platforms may work, but the above are recommended based on our testing.
Troubleshooting and Support
There are a few quick steps to take if you experience any issues with the app.
The fastest way to resolve most issues is to refresh your page. In chrome, you can press the F5 to refresh a page, or use the refresh button in your browser toolbar.
Try signing out and signing back in. Select your account name at the top of the app, then select the sign out option. The app will reload at the login screen where you can sign in again.
Check your network status. Connectivity issues are fairly common, and the app has some built in handling for offline situations, but some issues may be caused by lack of a network connection.
