Updating Your Account Details

Keeping your account details up to date is important for a smooth experience on SpeedyDock. If you need to update your name, email address, phone number, or notifications, you may do so by following this guide.

 

Getting To Your Account

  1. Press your user icon at the top right of the screen

     

  2.  Press "Account"

     

Contact Information And Notification Preferences

  1. Scroll to the bottom and press "Edit Details"

     

  2. You may now enter your updated information, and adjust what notifications and alerts you are subscribed to.

     

  3. Press "Save" to confirm your changes

Change Username

  1. Press the arrow until you reach the "Username Change" screen.

     

  2. You may now enter a new username. Your password will be required to change your username.

     

  3. Press "Save" to confirm your changes

 

Change Password

  1. Press the arrow until you reach the "Password Change" screen.

     

  2. You may now enter a new password.

     

  3. Press "Save" to confirm your changes
