Troubleshooting log in issues
Not receiving an email?
If you are not receiving a password reset link or username reminder, if could be due to one of these issues:
You're using an email not linked to your account. Contact your marina to update your email address on file.
The email has gone to your Junk/Spam folder; check for it there.
You’re using an email with a strong firewall. Work, school (.edu), and government (.gov) emails generally have strong firewalls and may prevent you from verifying the email. Change your email address to a a web-based email provider.
You’re in an area with a weak internet connection. Try again from a location that has a stronger internet connection.
You do not have an active account. Before you can log in, you must activate your account using the activation email originally sent to your from your marina. If you have not received your activation email, please contact your marina directly.
